What is body contouring?
Body contouring targets specific areas where fat and fluid accumulate using technology-based devices. The best results come from planned sessions combined with balanced nutrition and regular movement. It is most often used on the abdomen, hips, thighs and arms.
VacuShape: vacuum walking cabin
VacuShape combines vacuum and infrared technology in a walking/running device. Infrared rays are absorbed by the skin and turned into heat, boosting circulation and supporting metabolism. Exercising under low pressure increases circulation especially in the lower body, making it more efficient than a classic walk.
RollShape: roller massage
A lymphatic massage performed with wooden rods fixed to a rotating cylinder. It helps reduce the look of cellulite, firm loose skin and shape the body, and helps clear lactic acid and fluid after exercise.
How the programme is planned
At the first visit we take measurements and discuss target areas and lifestyle. Programmes usually involve 2–3 sessions a week, with measurements repeated every 4–5 sessions and the plan updated as needed.
