This notice is provided by Aysel Vural Beauty Centre (“the Centre”) as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Data we process

Through our booking, contact and price-request forms we process your name, phone number, email address, the service you request, your preferred date and time and any information you share in your message. With your consent, usage data may be collected through cookies when you visit the website.

• Creating, confirming and managing appointment requests
• Responding to information and price requests
• Measuring and improving service quality
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal basis

We process your data because it is directly necessary to establish or perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f) and, where required, with your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting, email and analytics providers, strictly for the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye.

Your rights
