Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Use the online booking form on our website to choose a service, day and time. Our team confirms your appointment by phone or WhatsApp. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp directly.
How can I change or cancel my appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we’ll find a new time that suits you.

How can I find out your prices?
Prices depend on the area, number of sessions and your skin’s needs. See our price list, message us on WhatsApp for an exact quote or book a consultation.
Safety
Are your treatments safe and hygienic?
We use single-use, sterile materials for permanent make-up and similar procedures, and an FDA-cleared Soprano Titanium device for laser hair removal. Our founder Aysel Vural’s 20 years as a nurse underpin our hygiene standards.
Which treatments are possible during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some treatments such as gentle facials can be done with suitable protocols; laser, gold-needle RF and certain actives are not recommended during this time. Please mention it when booking.

Do you treat men as well?
Yes. We welcome male clients for laser hair removal, facials, hydrafacial, body contouring and more.
